About Me:
My favorite poem is To Be of Use by Marge Piercy “I want to be with people who submerge in the task, who go into the fields to harvest and work in a row and pass the bags along …who move in a common rhythm when the food must come in or the fire be put out.”
In 2001 I sold my ownership in a company I Co-Founded and began a deep exploration of business ethics. Today I use my strong business background and skills to find, create and bring forth ways of doing business that truly benefit our global society.
Seeing a need to facilitate innovative solutions I trained in mediation and studied human perception and communication. In 2005 I began organizing and facilitating dialogue groups involving Business Executives and Community Leaders. One group, Dialogue Plus which consists of 28 participants, is a working experiment incorporating David Bohm's renowned work, On Dialogue.
I believe that big business holds an immense amount of potential to transform our global society into one that is equitable and just .It has been my good fortune to meet some of the people who are working everyday within some of the largest companies in the world to move things forward. These are wise , committed individuals. They are a source of inspiration for me.
I strive to have all of my actions be consistent with my ideolgical values and vision (this is has not been easy and requires a major assertion of will that I have yet to master!). My time is spent learning and growing to this end.
In the spring of 2006 I began hosting a radio show on WRPI 91.5 FM called “R.S.V.P. to Life” . This show unfolds the personal stories of people that have rolled up their sleeves to address some of the most pressing issues of our time; Environmental Sustainability, Socially Responsible Business, and Deep Poverty. It is an honor and privilege to interview such amazing people throughout the United States. It is all about solutions….

Also ,did i mention that i paint and am looking forward to the day when my horses look like horses rather than cows? I would have liked to kiss Pablo Neruda.. I want to look through Picasso's eyes if only for a moment . and experience Martin Luther Kings view of the world…………..
(An October 2006 addition) I have just outdone myself and painted a boat that looks like a horsehead…..you'd have to see it to believe it :-)
